Chinese Embassy in Pakistan Holds Symposium Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Comrade Jiang Zemin

The Chinese Embassy in Pakistan held a symposium to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Jiang Zemin. Shi Yuanqiang, Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy, along with Pakistani guests including Zafar Uddin Mahmood, Special Representative to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on China Affairs, Akram Sheikh, former Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission of Pakistan, and former Pakistani ambassadors to China, attended the event and delivered speeches.

Representatives from Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, various think tanks, and the overseas Chinese community also participated in the symposium.
