pk-china-user Famous Pakistani performing-arts celebrity and aviator Fakhar-e-Alam has expressed deep admiration for China after making his first-ever visit to the country, describing the experience as much more impressive than he had anticipated.
A prominent name in Pakistan’s entertainment industry, Alam has worked as a singer, television host and actor, earning a large following over the years. He has also made a mark in aviation through his notable achievements, including his historic solo flight around the world. With a substantial social-media following, Alam frequently shares his travel experiences and observations with his audience.
Reflecting on his visit to China, Alam praised the country as “glorious” and said he was thoroughly impressed by what he witnessed. He also expressed his eagerness to return, saying he could not wait to visit China again.During his visit, Alam explored several of China’s advanced transportation, technological and industrial facilities. At the Port of Tianjin, he was particularly impressed by its highly automated operations, where driverless trucks and cranes function without human operators on site. He praised the use of Chinese technology at the port and expressed amazement at its sophisticated level of automation, especially highlighting Huawei’s contribution to the system.
Alam also visited the global headquarters of Chinese home-appliance giant Haier in Qingdao, describing the visit as a valuable learning experience. He appreciated the company’s management for its warm reception and hospitality. “It was an honor and a real pleasure to visit the global HQ of Haier in Qingdao,” he wrote, calling it a “big learning experience” while also praising the company for its hospitality.
While in Qingdao, Alam further visited the headquarters of Hisense, saying the experience gave him a deeper insight into China’s remarkable journey of innovation and growth.
“It was an absolute delight to visit the Hisense HQ in Qingdao,” Alam wrote, adding that the more time he spent there, the more he came to understand China’s progress in innovation and development. As it was his first visit to China, he said the overall experience had left him “speechless.”
